Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing BlakSpecs Eyewear. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returning eyewear products.

Return Eligibility:

BlakSpecs Eyewear offers a hassle-free return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The return request is initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  2. The eyewear is in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. The eyewear has not been worn, altered, or damaged.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BlakSpecs account.
  2. Navigate to the "Order History" section.
  3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  4. Click on the "Return Items" button and follow the instructions to complete the return request.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned items are received by our team. BlakSpecs Eyewear is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and:

  • We offer a full refund for all Free Lenses;
  • We will deduct a 30% restocking fee on refunds for 
    • Single Vision Polycarbonate with Crizal and Blue Light filter coatings
    • All 1.67 and 1.74 Single Vision Lenses
  • We will deduct a 20% restocking fee on refunds for Progressive Lenses
  • All frames are returnable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
